byron they play rock with various influences, they were founded in 2006 and since then they have released 8 studio albums, three filmed concerts and 2 vinyls. They are used to performing both electrically on large festival stages in front of thousands of spectators and acoustically or with a string quartet or symphony orchestra. They filmed a concert in Salina Turda (at 100 meters depth) broadcast on HBO Romania. They then composed the soundtrack for an HBO original series. In 2014, they filmed the "Electric Marching Band" concert with a military brass band and a student choir at the National Theater in Cluj, followed by the "Eternal Return" album, recorded in High Resolution in Dublin in the famous Windmill Lane studios and mastered in London at the Abbey Road Studios.

In 2019, byron released the 'new' album composed entirely in Romanian - an album awarded with the Silver PR Award in the Art and Culture category for the launch campaign. An album about us, about Romania, dedicated to us. An album about the collective unconscious, about silences and our daily tightrope walk.

The latest material - ephemerides– released at the end of 2023 via a national promotional tour is a collection of conversations we don't have, a direct look into the eyes of the man in the mirror. Throughout the 10 tracks, byron takes you on a journey through the complex universe of recurring thoughts and experiences, anxieties and existential questions, all subtly woven with a thread of hope and one of distortion.
